Looks like you got every accessory Harley makes on that bike!

Even blue lights.

That is what keeps drunks in parking lots of bars and pool halls from running into the bike Wink

Yes it is. Can't wait. I will hook up the Auber for that. I used the OBS without it intentionally on these first four smokes. That way I can atleast know what the OBS is like without the Auber. Just need to get back home to NC and the butt is on top of the list.

Dan...  Nice ribs and wheels...

Ribs and Butts (among other beasts) have no consideration whatsoever for what your wristwatch says.
Someone here had a butt recently that took something like 26hrs (??)

RIBS always take longer for me than for any "recipes" I read.
However, I don't use the foil trick; I just try to keep a moist environment and keep the door shut.
Back ribs are more like 7 hours, and spares more like 8... (roughly).
I've never had any luck making good ribs in 4 or 5 hours.

I just did 3 butts over the weekend. Outside temp was 25 but had smoker in garage. Total of about 23 lbs. It took me 20 hours but had to turn my temp up to 300 so smoker could get to 210. They came out great again. My second time doing butts and both times they were excellent. Remember.don't rush them.
