Hello everybody,
my name is Sven,47 y.o., I'm from Germany and living for about 6 years in Poland. I'm waiting now for the delivery of my first Bradley Smoker and hope, to be a useful member of this forum (of course I'll need either some tips and help from the pros here :) )

Many thanks for this warm welcome.
I had big luck to learn accidently about B.S.
The subject "smoking", I closed few years ago, caused by incalculable results: too raw, too done, not enough smoke, stolen by cats (cold smoking over night), not patient enough etc.
With the Digi 6 I should not have this probs.

Sven... Welcome from another newbie to the Bradley family... Just reading the posts from all of the members will have you on your way to creating some of the best BBQ/Smoked foods you can think of.. I can hardly wait to start trying some of the many recepies on here myself.... :) :)
