how do I aquire replacement parts for my original BS. heating element is non operational can anyone help?

If it is still under warrenty contact Bradley. If not go to this site http://www.chezbubba.com . You will receive great service, and he carries all original parts, and a variety of accessories you can't get elsewhere.

Define non operational. We've sold a number of replacement bulbs, but never to anyone who has actually burned one out.

Also, there could be several other possibilities and the heater bulb is fine. We can troubleshoot you through it. Call after 5:30 Eastern & ask for me if the person who answers is female.
