My first smoke last night was a 5lb. chicken. It was very moist and the flavor was excellent. I have started a smokin jornal so I can learn from each smoke. It was good enough for my wife to say that everyone will be coming for Christmas and you will be smokin a Beef Brisket. I am stoked.
