So I'm fiddling around and think. Why not cook some spaghetti squash to act as pasta then dump in some smoked shrimp and some smoked cheese sauce????? Sooooo.
Put the squash in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes until it got to where you could shred it. While that was happening I smoked some frozen 50 count shrimp in the OBS for 30 minutes.

Then saute'd the shrimp in butter till just right.

Also cooked up some candied baby carrots. Then shredded the squash, added the shrimp, and then melted the smoked cheddar cheese with some more butter, a dash of white wine, and some feta cheese. Mixed it all up and served.(I forgot to take a pic of the squash!!)

I love spaghetti squash with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.
