OK, here's a recipe for some holiday cheer perfect for Christmas.
2 cups of Southern Comfort
6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 cup cream (1/2 & 1/2)
nutmeg
Chill all liquids.
Separate egg whites from yolks. Beat yolks, continue beating while adding sugar.
Stir in whipping cream, milk cream, and Southern Comfort.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Dust with nutmeg and chill.
Makes 10 5oz. servings.
Enjoy!
