I just bought a sliver today. About how many hours will it take to cook? What internal temp?

I'd say about 2 to 3 hours with an hour of smoke.

Pre heat the smoker to 250*---280*.

I would pull it out with an IT of 190*.

Smoker should be right at 220* while smoking/cooking.

Brisket could take up to 2 hours per pound if conditions are bad.

Thank you. I will plan on 3 hours then.
Weather conditions are good in Florida today.

Oh I forgot.......I always FTC the brisket for at least an hour. (wrap in Foil, then wrap in Towel, then place in Cooler)

It makes for a better piece of meat.
