I was just sent a link to a West Virginia news paper article.
I hope it is okay that i post it here, the deputy they are speaking of is my nephew.

Kinda brought a tear to my eye.

I almost lost Taby, my daughter, from a rollover accident in 2008, the jeep landed on its top and if it wasnt for here wearin her seat belt and a total stranger passin by who knows what would have happened.

You should be PROUD and thank him for me.

Ok now I'm tearin up.
