Title: Mav problems Solved

Hey guys
My Mav ET-73 is about 18 months old. I purchased it from Yard and Pool.
Last week I had a problem with it. After a while I figured out it was the temp. probe.

I emailed Maverick and within the hour recieved a reply. Even without a reciept, customer service told me that they would send me a new probe in the mail that afternoon.

Great customer service!

Good to here you got good customer service from maverick.

I had a probe go bad and called them and I was treated like crap. Then 2 weeks later I had to call to see where my probe was and the chick on the line was not pleasent at all. I even paid for mine cause I couldnt find my receipt.
