I was looking through the posts about tumblers and stumbled across this baby. It should be called the 747 or C5 Galaxy or something like that.

Gee, why get such a small one? They make a 3,000 lb. capacity model that is less than $50,000. For that price, I might get two, in different colors . . . [:D][:D][:D]

Seriously what would be the use of this size tumbler? I can see if you were a comercial jerky maker, but how many of those are there? Its like the Pipe Organ salesman. How many could there be?

My big Hobart vacuum marinator will do 25#, and I cannot imagine one bigger unless I had a Morton's Steak House. I still use the Reveo for small batches at home.
Someone uses these, that's why they make them, but man they must push a lot of meat!
