Title: connectors seizes
Post by: Toker on March 17, 2010, 01:57:49 PM
Hi, i want to make the dual element mod and i know it takes some 14 gauge wire OK but as far as the connector does anyone know? I guess it takes any for 14 gauge wire OK, but i seen several seize for 14 gauge for both female spade connectors and ring connectors. If anyone would have any information i would appreciate. I placed an order to Allied Kenco but the mail had lost my money order so i have to order once again. I will but not from them, a place that accept paypal i have no credit card.

The connectors that touch the element Have to be High temp connectors.

Do what I did.
Use regular connectors (the thicker ones) and remove the plastic.

Ta da............high heat connectors.

there you go toker.

Sounds great Lumpy.

These from Allied are a bitch to get the wire squeezed in. They are stout.
