I know that most of the auber pids come pre-programmed for Kummok's salmon recipe, but the new dual probe comes pre-programmed for the following:
" This program will control the temperature of the cabinet at 120F for 2 hrs. Then, change the temperature to 190F.
It will stay at 190F until internal temperature of the meat reaches 160F. Then, the controller will drop the temperature
to 130 F for 30 hours, waiting you to pick the food"
I would assume these temps and final temp are from a popular recipe from this site and curious what it is.
