Well I've had the 4 rack digital about 3 years and just found this site. I mainly do briskets, butts in it. after looking around this site I see there is so much more to do and all kind of ways to do them.

Welcome to the forum ADH, yep just about anything you can stick in your mouth you can stick in the Bradley first.

With a Bradley, the world is your playground.  Many have looked for something that should not be smoked in a Bradley, but at the last polling, - they haven't found it yet!
