This is a great item for BS. Smoked 8# Chicken with the "Beer Can" attachment, and fresh sausage in the attached tray under the chicken. Rubbed W/OO and Montreal chicken seasoning @ 230F. 2.5 hrs Apple,1.0 additional hr. at same temp to 175F. the advantage of this "Beer Can" device is the tray beneath the can holder. Nothing moves-just set it on the second or third shelf after pre-heat.
