Title: bubba pucks

just ordered my bubba pucks from chez bubba.great idea!now the last two pucks will smoke and not sit smoldering.thanks kummok,kirk.[:D] the forum is really a helpful site ,thanks all for your input

thanks for the good service kirk!hard to get quality in this fast paced world today,so its much welcomed.now i'm wanting the extra racks for jerky,wish i woulda ordered them with the bubba pucks[woulda saved me a few bucks shipping]oh well no biggy.my new smoker generator got here today from canada,two days!what a relief,no more babysitting smoker, also went out and bought the smokers cookbook,[smoke and spice]read about fourty pages before i put it down.real good book,i'll be going to that one for alot of info.also got a digital thermometer which will be alot of help.can't wait to fire it up and try a new recipe.[:p][8D]

The Jamisons' also have several other smoking/grillng books out there if you're impressed by S&S. But if you only buy one, S&S is it![8D]

thanks for the info kirk.i will read an use this one for awhile,has quite a lot of variety to keep me busy awhile,just bought a truckload of spices today,got the ammo for plenty of smokin[:p][8D]
