Hi everyone,
I have been smoking fish and jerky for quite a while in my homemade smoker made from a freezer. I purchased a OBS a while ago and now want to do briskets and ribs, butts and all the other meats that i have been reading about on ths forum.I have a PID coming this week that should make things a little easier to control temps.
