Got some spanish paprika (left) and cayenne (right) cold smoking today with hickory 4 pucks

Why did you mark the pans? Just take a pinch to taste the difference.  ;D
Will it pick up much smoke taste with 4 pucks?

I dont know....musta been a brain cramp  ;D

Did 8 pucks instead of the 4, tasted pretty smoky. Should mellow with some rest time.
