One of the first batches to come out and get gobbled up!(http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/j469/mjnesbitt/Smoked%20Coho/IMG_0714.jpg)
One last final batch on the go to take back to Alberta to the relatives. :)
How do I get a job like that? The fish looks outstanding! On your way to Alberta could you keep truckin right to Ontario and drop some off?
Nice job my friend, if I make it over there we will have to
get out and wet a line.

Great looking fish (and Abelour a'bunadh is the best bottle of whisky I've ever found for under $100).
