Title: My weeks work almost coming to an end!

Then came tray after tray and pound after pound of brined/candied salmon.

day 4

This morning there was a casualty but luckily he has a younger brother, thanks to a few hard working gentlemen in Scotland!

One last final batch on the go to take back to Alberta to the relatives.  :)

How do I get a job like that? The fish looks outstanding! On your way to Alberta could you keep truckin right to Ontario and drop some off?

For sure Ross. The winter springs are catchable all year here, weather dependant.

Great looking fish (and Abelour a'bunadh is the best bottle of whisky I've ever found for under $100).
