Almost a poet but not up to Caney's standards.
I really love to do these on the grill but it was darker than a black cat in a coal bin at midnight. The old cast iron pan came into play on the stove top.
My wife doesn't like the coating. Too salty. She ate ate a thigh and went back to the stove. I asked what she was doing. She was getting another thigh. Women.
OK, this was paired up with some fresh asparagus and a left over hard roll. The latter went into the oven with butter and then got a few sprays of garlic juice. Not too bad for a Monday night dinner.

Face it -- your just a leg man at heart.
That sure looks wonderful Arnie!
Yeah, I like legs, butts ... never mind.
We rarely go to restaurants anymore. We can make good food at home, made the way I want it and it's pretty inexpensive. No way I'm paying $12 for a glass of wine poured out of a one gallon jug.
The downside is cleanup but it's not bad. Home is simple and convenient.
