A Butt load of butts in the Bradley. This is a time when the extra rail spacing comes in handy.

How long does something like this take? I've only done one butt at a time but would love to load her up one weekend and do some SERIOUS cooking like you. Bet you get some serious grease in the pan too.

I believe that's the international platinum standard for "a buttload".

Impressive -- but then your smokes are always that way.

I have the extra element and I am "TURBO" cooking these at 260*

In the morning I will transfer these to the oven and load it up again.

I have an extra v-tray that I will rotate so that they don't get too bad.

I'll fridge the Butts after FTC and Sat morn they will get re-warmed in some

commerical ovens and then pulled.

Those 5 Butts went on last nite at 8 and I moved them to the oven sometime

this morning. Not for sure what time I did that. My day doesn't start till noon.

They are done and in FTC. 13 1/2 hours!

The next round of Butts took it's place.

I told a fib. I had NO TIME to take pics.

I learned a few things in the volunteer cook ..............

I don't want to do that any more!

The pulled pork turned out fantastic!

After FTC, I pour off most of the fat juice and fridged the butts.

I had 4 large commercial ovens at my disposal.

I added Apple juice back to the cooled butts and into the oven at 250*

By the time I pulled the pork, the IT has risen back to about 180*

They were the juiciest butts I have every smoked/cooked. There was hardly

a sign of collagen left in the butts. Always done butts Nekkid butt might have

to do this again. Drop them on the Table and they pull them selves. Had over

a dozen people take the walk over to the kitchen and offer their praises verbaly.

Gave me a swell head. My Butt is whooped, not from the smokin' in the Bradley

but the 171 rolls (which they ate over 150), 15 lbs of Cilantro Potato Salad (there

was none left), 7 gallons of beans( maybe 3/4 of a gallon left).

The Bradley smokin was the easy part.

Someone told me two guys had sweet rolls in their hands draggin it thru the

remains of the Cilantro Potato Salad. ;D Probably ole' Bubba and his Brother.

Overall, it was a fun? experience.

I usually don't smoke or cook to be done at a certain time.

My part of the meal was most excellent ..... Oh wait, I did it all

except for the bowl of mustard potato salad someone brought.
