Title: Salmon question
Post by: AlamanceNC on December 03, 2010, 12:07:01 PM
I've got my salmon resting in a brine solution in the cooler. I've only got two fillets that equal about 5lbs total weight. I'd like to know if I can just cook the salmon straight out the brine and basically just 'bake' it or since I've brined it do I need to just go ahead with the plan to make "smoked" salmon. I was kind of wanting to eat it tonight. It's been in the brine for 3 hours now.
