Title: Curing time for 13# boneless ham
Post by: roughnek on December 12, 2010, 12:25:06 PM
Needome advice on curing time for a fresh 13lb. boneless ham? I will be injecting it with cure and soaking in cure. I hope 5 days would be enough time before the smoke  cook. Is that enough cure time? thanks

When I cure hams, I generally cure mine 5 - 7 days.
