Title: Due to the weather

Due to very chilly weather (17degrees) i abandoned  my smoker And moved into the house oven it is set at 170 the SS is on cookie sheet and the sticks are in a steel baking pan the IT on the SS is 138 and the sticks are at 128 they have been stalled for bout 1.5 hours is the normal way they go or i just doing some thing wrong thanks

Yep a stall at around 136ยบ is pretty normal for SS make sure you go in and stir them sticks around some to make sure they all get equal time exposed to the heat the heat. Or lay them on a cookie tray as well

The sticks all bunched like that will get to IT but it will take a while. Try to do single layers. All sausage stalls, its just the thing.

Probably like Summer Sausage in the Winter  ;D
