well i did two birds on a throne this weekend,best i ever did,smoked four hours,followed s&s book recipe for rub.all said it was the best chicken ever ate.[:)]did eight racks jerky last weekend now i've got lots of jerky friends.all want more[:D]i'm glad things are turning out good.as you all know keep door closed and let smoker do its stuff.well off to work i go.have fun smokin.
