I got caught up following links tonight and stumbled across the link below to what is called "Top Teb Rub Recipes" from about.com
Are they? I can't pass judgement as I have not tried them. From what I did get to read, I think all rubs would be very good and worth the look. Another thing I can not comment on is whether the rubs emulate the origins stated the rubs are from. It would be great if they do, and maybe members can have a look and share their thoughts based on their experiences.
What I do know is when I want to fix an appiance or work on the house, or cook chinese food this website has been simple and solid . Here is the link.

Trying the Memphis on some baby backs to be smoked tomorrow. Did add a little addition of my own but looks like it should work out.
