OK smokers
I need some help. My family decided that they loved the turkey & duck I made for thanksgiving, so I was appointed to do 2 Turkeys, 2 Ducks, & my sister even through in a 9.63Lb Ham & said see what you can do with this for Christmas day dinner. I was planing on doing the Turkeys, & Ducks the same way, but Ham I drew a blank. The Ham is a JamesTown Brand- smoked Ham & water product 23% of weight is added ingredients. this is a ready to cook Ham. It says slow cook to IT 140 degrees. What would you do?? should I jazz it up a little (allot), if so how?? Should I add more smoke??
Last time I didn't get any Turkey or Duck, I hope to this time.
