Title: 6 Rack Salmon

Yeah i also know how to smoke other things besides sausage  :D

Yeah Yeah i know its store bought salmon. Hard to find wild here in the creeks  :D  :D

After a 24 hour brine, washed and redy for some apple smoke.

They looked so lonely sitting in your smoker! Were used to seeing that thing full!  ;D
