the smoking was done but the heat crashed, thankfully I was watching it
An overnighter could have been disastrous
Bubba had some ribs in it and came to the rescue. I loaded up the top rack and throttled back the temp and Bubba saved the day
I think. 2 loads is what it took but I think we are good to go now
I just sent Bradley an email. Not sure what the warranty is on these babies
I guess we gonna test the renowned Bradely customer service
