Title: My Cold Smoker
Post by: The LoxSmith on September 05, 2005, 06:39:32 PM
Hi:

I have finally published some pictures and descriptions of my home built cold smoker that I very successfully use with SpyGuy's recipe for lox.  I also smoke cheese, almonds, some salt, and hot peppers.

Note that the post is in the form of a blog, so it goes latest to earliest.  Read it backwards.[;)]

Sorry to be so late in commenting on your smoker.

At my age not many things impresses me anylonger.  However, I very impressed with what you did and how you did it. I like the way you think. Please post here anytime.
