Long time foodie, love to cook, read about food, everything.
Love to grill and smoke. Smoked on my Broil King for the better part of 2 years before taking the plunge to the DBS about a year ago.
A few pounds of ribs later, I found this forum.
Looking to get the most out of it now.
Gonna tackle sausage next, just starting to pick up the equipment now. Cant wait to get started.
