Here is a finishing sauce that you will just love (if you can get past the name.)
It is a lite sauce that can be drizzled over pulled pork and is not too vinegary or too sweet.
The ingredients:
4 oz. White Rum
8 oz. Yoshidas Gourmet sauce
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Sri Racha
3 tbsp. Sweet Balsamic vinegar
1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
4 tbsp. Ginger Oil

Mix in a bowl and use as a finishing sauce on pulled pork. *** If you want the alcohol content out of the sauce place the mixture in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
This also make a great injectable sauce as well.
This one has also caught my attention, and not just because of the catchy name!
