Finally got a weekend off after three months strait of 12 plus hour days. Got a list of smoking to do. Gonna try cheese for the first time. Also gonna do some pistachios and of course old faithful ribs. Cant wait to get the smoke rolling will post pictures this weekend. Might even go out on a limb and do some salmon.
