Title: Time for more smoke
Post by: _Bear_ on April 14, 2011, 03:22:33 PM
Going to curing some Maple Back Bacon from MallardWacker's recipe, it turned out great last time. Going to brine and then smoke the salmon using Kummok's recipe (scaled back of course) and smoke the ribs using TenPoint5's recipe, always turnes out great. should be an interesting few days.
