Howdy folks,
For better or for worse, I smoked a chunk of halibut today. I was smoking some spring salmon and tossed the cut up pieces into the Salmon Brine (Kummok's) and then smoked it at 110 degrees for 3 hrs. Then into the freezer to get solid enough to handle and tomorrow or Sunday I'll bite some of it after I fry it up in a Corn Flake breading.
