I was thinking "What the h______ is that thing"

Break out the mop, Nepas has the meat cannon hooked up!
INCOMING!!!!! :D
"Honest Chrystall, I don't know how that ground meat would up on the ceiling!" ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I look forward to seeing the Kirby Cannon in operation!
I'm expecting delivery of mine sometime today.
I see some sausage-making in my immediate future.... ;D :)
Would really like to see that bad boy at work...The probability that thing could shoot something out of the sky is pretty good.. :D
Does anyone see a monkey hiding at about 11:00 in those casings? :D

Make sure you dont have any air pocket in the meat.
I use this to push the meat into the tube.
5 pounds to the bulkhead.
Front cap on. Here if you like you can fill the tube and push the meat forward so you dont have so much air in the stuffer tube.
I cut my stuffer tube down smaller.
Casing on the tube. Easy to slide on, just dont tie the end until its all the way on the tube.
Ok stuff em.
This is all thats left after the ram goes all forward. And the small amount in the tube. Compost pile it ;D
(http://i868.photobucket.com/albums/ab242/nepas1/new/DSC00819.jpg)
Casing drying while 6 rack pre heats.
Hanging at 130* for 1.5 hours then PID to 140* w/smoke 3 hours. PID through 140/170

Thats funny, cant type what I want to ;D ;D ;D
Thanks for the great Pics Rick and as usual the sausage looks great.
Guys Rick has a 6# version and a 12# version and the same control set will hold 6 inch stuffer 15-35 # the force comes from the kitchen sink or another water supply. They run well with 40 + pounds pressure. I run mine at 60# pressure. With 60 pounds pressure there is total of 750# of force with the 4 inch stuffer and 1700# of force with the 6 inch stuffer. [Don't you love hydraulics] a simple 6.95 drill pump works well for sucking the piston to the back of the stuffer. Rick just uses his meat pushing ram to push the piston to the back.
Rick I thought I sent you a meat pushing tool. If not let me know and I will include one for you when I send Lumpy his stuffer. The tool also doubles as a washout spinner. I was going to get some pictures of mine then I realized that I sent it to kenvan A. I will have to build another one.
