Simple enough, do you inject the pork butt/shoulder to be used for pulled pork?

You can always brine or inject pork but there's enough fat & collagen in a shoulder/butt that it's not really necessary. Some people inject CT or something similar for flavor, however (I'm not one of them).

I have a few times, but like the others, I just rub and smoke now..

Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont.

When I do its more for flavor than to keep it moist, I like to inject CT

Or take the rub I'm using on the meat and grind it into a fine powder and mix it with butter or water or beer or what ever sounds good at the time and inject that.
