Title: Ideas for Left overs....expessially drier ends

Nacho's....BBQ sauce...and burnt ends...smothered with cheese...it is awesome!!

Works great with beef...chicken too...I smoke leg q's..the legs get a little dry some times...chop it up...nacho's!

But Brisket burnt end nacho's rule!!

Or use them as flavoring the next time you amke baked (or BBQd) beans.

When I do my double smoked ham I take the bone and shank and use them for my navy bean soup... what a difference.

Throw them into just about any soup or stew for the last 30 minutes or so.

I always have leftover dripping bacon & use that to render the rest of the fat for sauteeing the veggies for a dish. Chop up the crispies & add them in at the last minute. Yum.[^]
