After seeing OU's riblets smoked, I just had to try some. When we were po' folks I had used these in soup and beans. Never had thought of using them to smoke or grill. I know that chain restaurant sells them for a crazy price...so had to try.
Wow...found for $1 per pound

All I can say is they were great! I used Jan's Rub on 1 rack, my rib rub on 1 rack, S&P and honey powder 1 rack. and just S&P on last rack. Seasoned riblets were more flavorful.
NOW THATS WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT!
Them ribletts look GREAT!
Thats about the going price here too, on sale every now and then for .98/lb
Well they sure look good, looks like you get to enjoy some at a later date... :D
