Just purchased a case from The Man himself.. (and the Mrs) I sent a bottle of Starne's home with them to tinker with. ;)

Oh yeah, they know.. We had lunch last week to meet for the first time.
Not a dealer, just a pusher. :D
Is he gonna try his hand at a Starne's knock-off?
Good luck.

Naw. I was just being nice. I told him about it (as a hot sauce) over lunch last week and his eyes lit up. (suffice to say, they aren't real crazy about Central Illinois Cuisine)

He don't like that various greasy crap all
submerged in prison-grade canned cheese sauce, we call a "HorseShoe"?
I can't say I don't like it, cause in the 20 years I've been here I just haven't found time to try one. ::)
I love SOILEAU'S on chicken, beef, eggs, popcorn. Pretty much everything. I already used up one of the two I got from squirt. Good stuff. Nice heat level.

That would kick up the Welsh Rarebit (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/real-welsh-rarebit/detail.aspx) sauce a notch! (the proper cheese topping for a horseshoe - not that canned cr@p)

I think I overcooked it, its really hard, but does taste good. ;) ;D
I will tell you what I did tonight, Pat ask what I wanted for dinner tonight and I wasn't real hungry so she said how about some eggs over easy and we had two baked potatoes left over from a few days ago so she cut them up and fried them in some bacon grease . and a couple pieces of toast, and I said give me that jar of Starne's that we got over a Ricks SO well I put some on my eggs and taters...now that was really good...I will have to look for some more of that because this ain't gonna last long... :D

Try the Texas Crutch next time... ;D ;D ;D
G9, if you were referring to looking for Starne's you won't find that where you are either. Starne's is a single BBQ restaurant in my hometown of Paducah KY. (Yet another reason for you to make a trip to KY! ;)
I could probably hook you up with some if you're interested.
Ghost... I can still hear my daddy (when I was young)...
BOY, WHY DON'T YOU PUT SOME BBQ ON YOUR STARNE'S SAUCE?
(dang! I knew I was missing something!)
