Our buddy Dan was 'proxy' shopping for me... ;) Doing a load of pork shoulders for him tomorrow night.

Oh Yeah! Dem's gonna be good! If you do all 4, I see both the Traeger and MAK in business! You need Jan and me to come up and trim 'em for you? :D

Yep, all 4 going in later this evening.. Gonna make a big mess once and get it over with.

Yep, those are my similar ingredients for pork rub, and I do add a little onion powder.
