Title: brine for salmon
Post by: tmacoregon on August 19, 2011, 10:37:03 AM
Hi all,

I am a newbie, live in Oregon near the Rogue River where we catch Chinook Salmon 15-40 lbs.  I have 25 lbs of filets to smoke on my new smoker and would like a couple of brine receipes to try.  thanks TMac

I would say 99% of the people here use this one.

Yup, just use this recipe and you won't ever want or need another...just smoked up 8 racks of salmon today as a matter of fact!
