one of the Bradley Stainless steel smokers?   My OBS is just falling apart.  Door broke .and bottom faceplate is cracking..  The electrical parts are all great but I would like a tougher exterior.. So if you have had both.. let me know how the Steel ones are

Thanks

Weasil,

The Stainless Steel models have been discontinued. As far as a tougher exterior goes the stainless steel models use the same hardware that the original black use. Door hinges, faceplate, gaskets and so on.  So even if you were able to find a stainless steel model you are likely to have the same issues you have experienced already.

I own two SS units and both units have had issues with the plastic parts...

I don't worry to much about them.

I think muebe has a very good solution for you and the door and front plate issue.
