Title: Cold smoking Ribs
Post by: RFT on October 01, 2011, 02:16:02 PM
Alright guys. Earlier this week I stumbled across a thread about cold smoking ribs then putting them in the fridge for a couple days to let the smoke really permeate the meat before cooking.   I searched the site and can not find this particular thread.

So who may have done this within the last week or anybody have any helpful do's or dont's for me?

I don't remember that thread (or I missed it)...

Not quite sure what the advantage would be?
Ribs are going to take on as much smoke as you want anyway.
But, maybe there's something to it.  I dunno.
