Title: rabbits?
Post by: Friar_Tuck on November 14, 2011, 09:46:46 AM
Ok guys,
I have a batch of rabbits that will soon be ready to butcher.  Anybody ever smoked whole rabbits?  I would assume I can cure them in a ham cure then just smoke them, but thought I would check in with you guys and see what experiences there are out there.
Thanks in advance,
Jim

Sorry Jim I can't help you. Maybe you will be the one to explore and post your experience on here. I have never ate rabbit but I would be interested to try it some day. Good luck I hope you get some answers.

James
