Yeah i got this salmon from the pond store  :o

Three slices brined for 12 hours.

Thats funny, "the pond store and pelican stuff". Looks good so far! Just keep your Carolina treet away from that salmon and youll be fine ;D

Alas

The 3 dinky fillets of Georgia pond raised i mean wild caught salmon didnt make it long enough to get a final pic. My wife the amish inuit whupped down before i could get much. If she dont watch it she going to pull a cart of rubber dog turds in kansas somewhere  :o
