Does any person have a idea why they don't use Beech wood [?] I did a search and they use it for smoking cheese,also budweiser use to use it or still does in the beer aging.

Never heard of using it, but if Budweiser uses it, it can't be bad!

I have not used Beech wood but I have used "Son of a Beech wood" (Mesquite)

Interesting Q . . . not only have I never seen Beech wood in any store or website I've ever been in/on, but I've never seen it on any wood smoke flavor list, either. Must be a reason . . .

Hi Chris. Are you talking about drift wood like the stuff that washes up on the beach or is there a wood actually called beech? If it's drift wood I tried some smoked salmon that the natives did up in Nome made with drift wood a few years back and I still can't get the bad taste out of my mouth.[xx(] Let me know. I'm real curious about this one. Thanks

Beechwood is an actual wood species

We see some American Beech up where I am at in the woods. It has some very interesting fruit and stamen.

I have seen online that it has been used for smoking. And it is a good companion with Beer.

The most common use is in furniture and flooring.
