Title: first batch of cheese

well decided to try some cold smoking while I waite for my PID to show up. waited till night time to get outside temp in the 30's.

let sit 2 hours before smoke also added some sticks to fill gaps and try out

1.5 hours of smoke and out pics dont show it all that great but they did take the smoke well.
