Title: Chicken legs

Well I know the rule no pics didn't happen. But sorry they disappeared so quick I'm not sure it did LOL.  Well kicked up some legs today. The wife wanted them for the Stupid Bowl. So I gave here some oven Baked legs with Jan's rub. Sorry again no smoke but the next time they will be. I had come in late from hunting and didn't have time for the smoker. And then I made a little dipping sauce up to drizzle on. A hot garlic & butter Parmesan dip. Oh my this was hit! I can only imagine 1-2 hours of hickory on this then the oven to crisp.
