Thought I would go a little over the top for the SB and see what the smoker could do.
Got some sea scallops, snow crab meat, and extra thick bacon.
Wrapped everything together nice and tight.

Tossed them in a 280 degree smoker and smoked with Alder for 45 minutes.

A total success. Everyone was amazed how well they turned out! No leftovers.
I must say, they may have been the best snacks I have made to date :)
