Title: roman pork puller. very cool
Post by: bears fan on February 25, 2012, 09:29:45 AM
Pretty darn cool.  A guy I know has one of these and said they work great.  It really makes the pulled pork more fluffy if you can imagine that.  It just shreds it real nice and gives it a good texture.  I tried some last night that he used it on.  If I did a lot of pulled pork it would be a must have.

Yep, I have one too.  Talk about making short working of pulling a pork butt.

Looks interesting but even at pulling pork at a fraction of the time it takes me to do it with a couple of forks I don't think I'll be spending nearly $70 on one.

So how much of that pulled/shredded do you actually end up wearing. ;) :) I like to do it by hand, maybe throw a dinner fork at it if it wants to act up on me :D

Looks interesting...but I enjoy sitting at the table pulling the pork.  Granted the most I have done is 2.  But it's a moment I enjoy being proud of what I accomplished.
